What is this Course About?

 

Use the breath to focus attention and intention.

Activate the meridian body in line with the seasonal elements and therefore have a positive effect on your health.

Calm the mind using the breath within the stillness of the asana, where the healing benefits take place.

Course Materials & Requirements

 

The course is a sequence of Yin yoga postures. You will need : A bolster, or 2 firm pillows. 2 blocks or additional pillow, a yoga or similar mat. A quiet space. There is not theory this is a practical experiential course.

What You'll Get

 

This is one session, an introduction to the practice of Yin Yoga. It can be a complimentary practice to other physical exercise, or breathwork practice you are currently doing or planning.
