What?
This is a beginner’s guide to meditation. This 7 day course will enable you to develop your own meditation practice for life. You will learn what meditation is and its origin, how to practice meditation and how to incorporate meditation into your daily routine. You will receive access to 7 guided meditations that you can return to any time. These are beautiful meditations in their own right but also guide you through a range of meditation techniques so that you can find a style that works best for you.
How?
This course is broken down into 7 sessions, each approximately 15 – 20 mins in length. Each session contains an introduction and guided meditation practice. We recommend you practice one session per day. Over the course of the 7 days, you will learn the foundations of meditation and how to practice on your own. We recommend that you have the following equipment: a dedicated quiet space, a yoga mat or soft surface on which to practice, a cushion or pillow, block or bolster on which to sit.
