What is This Course About?

 

This course is designed to help you develop internal body awareness and the ability to tune in to your own unique system and to develop sensitivity to your energy.

Life over time can create blocks in our energetic system. It is important to clear those blocks to release emotional charge, memories and physical issues and to bring life giving breath to the areas to keep them healthy and vital.

When your sensitivities are developed you are less likely to become seriously ill as you will have keener receptivity to your internal organs and feel more at peace emotionally and mentally calm.

Course Materials & Requirements

 

You will require a yoga mat and pillow or bolster and comfortable unrestrictive clothing and bare feet.

You may also use a chair if you find sitting cross- legged uncomfortable.

You will need to be able to sit straight with space for your arms to move. Some exercises are performed standing.

This course may be completed in different ways.

You can focus on one chakra per day, repeating the exercise sequence for that chakra 3 times to experience a deeper activation.

Alternatively, you may flow through the entire 7 chakra sequence and repeat for 7,14 or 21 days.
