Day 2: Kapalbhati (Kapal means head, Bhati means shine or cleanse), the head cleanser
Day 3: The 4-7-8 technique, a natural tranquilizer for the nervous system
Day 4: Bellows Breath Bhastrika, with the Lion’s Breath, or what I call Haka Breath
Day 5: Warrior Breathing, Box Breathing, four parts breathing
Day 6: Alternate Nose Breathing – Anulom Vilom/Nadi Shodhana
Day 7: Breath of Fire, Bhastrika Pranayama
